How do we hire software developers from outside the EU?
Updated
Most developers qualify for the EU Blue Card or a national skilled-worker permit. Some countries set a lower Blue Card level for IT specialists: Germany's is €45,934 a year against €50,700 for other roles. Make the offer meet the level, then file a complete application.
In detail
- Check the role's salary against the Blue Card and national levels.
- Recognised experience can replace a degree in some countries.
- Plan for family members and a partner's right to work.
How Settio helps
