Is this a product demo?
Not necessarily. We're here to understand your process first. If the platform is relevant to what you're dealing with, we'll show it, but that's not the point of the call.
What should I prepare?
Nothing required. It helps to know roughly how many international hires you manage per year and which systems you use, but we'll ask during the conversation.
Who should join?
Whoever owns post-hire coordination, typically an HR manager, Head of People, or Talent Acquisition lead. Relocation agencies and legal partners are welcome too.
What do you do with what you learn?
We use it to better understand where the process breaks down across teams. If there's a fit with how Settio works, we'll follow up, but there's no commitment from your side.
