Agency questions

Do my clients need their own Settio plan?

No. Client workspaces are included in every agency plan, and your clients' HR teams get their own logins at no extra cost.

How is an agency plan priced?

The way you bill your own clients: per case. Your first real case is free, once, and practice cases are always free. Pay as you go has no monthly fee: 790 kr (€75) per case, once. Starter is 2,900 kr (€265) a month for 5 cases, Team 6,900 kr (€640) a month for 15 cases, and Scale starts at 14,900 kr (€1,390) a month for 50. Monitoring a granted permit costs 29 to 49 kr (€2.70 to €4.50) per person a month. Every feature on every plan, and never a fee per consultant.

Can my clients see each other?

Never. Each client has its own workspace. Your team sees all of them; a client's HR sees only their company.

Can we use our own prices?

Yes. Start from typical prices, then set your own list and client-specific prices or discounts. Authority fees are passed on at cost.

Which countries are supported?

Live in Sweden, used by customers there (the open questions are listed on its country page). Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Norway and the United Arab Emirates are supported too, with full country plans. Every other EU and EEA country, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman has a starter plan you adapt in your own playbook: add your steps, hide the ones you don't use, set your offices.
