Does an Employer of Record remove the need for a work permit?
Updated
No. Someone from outside the EU still needs a work permit; with an Employer of Record, that company becomes the employer on the permit and has to meet the salary and terms. It changes who employs the person, not the immigration rules.
In detail
- The permit names the employer of record.
- Salary and terms must still meet the permit level.
- Moving to your own entity later usually needs a new permit.
How Settio helps
