Sweden: higher maintenance amounts for workers' families from 1 October 2026
Under the rules from 1 October 2026, a worker bringing family must have 8,116 SEK a month left after tax and rent for one adult or 13,408 SEK for a couple, plus an amount per child. The older amounts still apply to extensions of permits granted before 1 October 2026 that are registered by 1 October 2027.
