Do we need an immigration agency or a lawyer?
Many companies run work permits themselves with Settio: the plan, the documents and the deadlines are laid out for you. If you already work with an agency, they can run your cases in Settio and you follow along as their client.
What does it cost?
Your first hire is free, with no card, counted over the life of the workspace. After that you choose a plan: Company covers people in an application and on a permit, and Monitor covers only people already on a permit. The prices are on our pricing page.
Which countries does it cover?
Sweden in depth, where customers use it every day, and nine more countries in Europe and the Gulf with full country plans. Most other European and Gulf countries have starter plans your team can adapt. Working with a country that isn't listed? Tell us: we're happy to help and to coordinate it with you.
How long does it take to get started?
About 10 minutes to your first person: sign up, add them, invite them. Importing people already on a permit takes a spreadsheet and a few more minutes.
Is our employee's data safe?
Settio is hosted in Europe, with a data processing agreement and a public list of subprocessors. Your employee only ever sees their own case and their family's.
